 Port Elgin
Off of Leinin streets and River streets.
If you drive down the main street (Goderich i think) turn east onto River street and follow all the way down, past the graveyard follow st. left and right at the end you can park. You cannot park in front of the cardboard recyclying center.
This is an off leash park, entirely fenced in. It is actually an really old city dump that hasn't been used in years so it is safe. There is a walkway(some gravel and grass and some just grass) somewhat maintained that goes all the way around and a large hill in the middle that also has a walkway carved out. The rest is really just knee-length or lower weeds and tall grass. There is a water tap and bowl that you can use. There is several benches throughout with local businesses who helped out named on them. There is also several poop bag dispenser and a garbage unit to dispose of only poop bags in. There is a regular garbage can just outside the entrance. It's a fairly quiet park but a great size, the dogs just love it. This park is not maintained in the winter.. There is a sign with all the rules at the front entrance.
